Description of the holiday rental
Spacious newly built 4 ½ room apartment with a gross floor area of 120 m2 featuring three double bedrooms for 6 people and a walk-in closet. From the sunny apartment and its surrounding balcony, you have a great view of the Matterhorn. It is equipped in a modern way with two bathrooms (shower/WC and bathtub/WC) and a quality kitchen with all the comforts such as a glass ceramic hob, a stove, a dishwasher, a fridge, and a "Delizio" capsule coffee machine.
For the first rental day a starter set with a garbage bag, coffee capsules, soap, and shampoo are provided.
The living room features an LCD screen with international cable TV and a DVD player as well as free Wifi.

The Casa della Luce was build in 2006. It was built to the "Minergie" standard and this offers an excellent standard of comfort. By the same token, our guests can enjoy the house's own exclusive health facilities, featuring whirlpools, steam bath and sauna, where you can thoroughly relax after a strenuous day up in the world of Zermatt's peaks
