Description of the holiday rental
Cosy, simple and functionally furnished 3.5 room flat. It is located on the 3rd floor of an Engadine house in the centre of Zuoz. The holiday flat with 72 m2 is centrally located and only a five-minute walk from the train station and ski lifts. Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. (grocery, bakery, butcher, bank, restaurants...). The living room is furnished with local wood and a cosy sitting area. In addition, a large wooden table offers space to spend cosy evenings with the family. The flat offers free Wi-Fi and TV. The bright and large bedroom with a skylight has a double bed with two single mattresses, a wardrobe with plenty of storage space, as well as a pull-out sofa bed, which offers space for two people. The smaller bedroom with a single bed is a little jewel and especially popular with children, as it is accessible via a small staircase. Practically equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine and many other cooking and baking utensils. In addition, there is also a small table in the open kitchen, ideal for preparing meals. The dining room (if the table in the living room is not preferred) is located between the kitchen and the bedroom and can accommodate up to six people. The flat is equipped with two sets of crockery and cutlery per person. Bathroom with bathtub, double washbasin.
