Description of the holiday rental

The house with 5 apartments is located on a hillside. The friendly, bright 2-room apartment with 55 m² of living space is located one floor below the main entrance on top, on the first floor. In the functional and modern cloakroom there is enough space to store shoes and jackets. The spacious bar with integrated lighting creates a nice ambience and separates the large living area and the well-equipped kitchen. In the kitchen you will find everything your heart desires to conjure up a fine dinner. Glass ceramic stove & oven with extractor fan, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), microwave, kettle, egg boiler, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a drinks and wine rack. Whether fondue or raclette, pans including a Dutch oven & casseroles are available for whatever you're in the mood for. In addition to the comfortable sofa, there is also a full-sized bed (140 x 200 cm) for relaxing in the living room. Good WiFi internet, television, CD player, DVD player, Sonos speakers, and books will fill your downtime. The wall unit with accessories, a glass cabinet with rock crystals, and the dining table give the apartment charm. The bedroom with the large sliding door wardrobe and a modern queen-sized box spring bed (180 x 200 cm) leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom with shower/bathtub and toilet is lovingly furnished. The bathroom cabinets offer enough storage space. A hairdryer is provided. The large balcony gets sun all day and features a large oval granite table around which you'll want to enjoy the panoramic views. The cozy and lovingly furnished apartment is located at almost 1000 m above sea level. Because of the sunny location, the easy accessibility and the many possibilities, the apartment is also suitable for longer stays or as a home office alternative. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is not suitable for small children.
