The guest room is equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and invites star gazing through its darken-able roof window. The children's room has a loft bed with a slide (90x200 cm) and a stack bed (80x200 cm) that can be converted into a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) upon request, as well as a large desk and numerous children's and board games. It has three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open kitchen, a spacious living area with a gallery and a large balcony. In total, it offers a generous 110 square meters of living space and can accommodate up to 6 people. One underground parking space with access from the staircase is reserved. The ski slope and the diverse hiking area with the Monte Mio mountain restaurant, the Leistkamm café and the Arvenbüel restaurant are right on the doorstep.
