Description of the holiday rental

The 2-bedroom attic apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a beautifully old village house, which was built 1914 (an elevator is not available). The house formerly belonged to the artist Franz Baumberger, whose favourite colour was the colour on the label of the Veuve Clicquot champagne. Hence, he ordered to get this colour mixed and got the whole house painted.
The beautifully furnished attic appartment offers one bedroom, a living room and kitchen. The sleeping couch in the living room can be used as sleeping space in case there are more than 2 people. 
Located right next to the station of the Mattstock chairlift, the apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes and walks in spring, autumn and summer. In winter the ski area of Mattstock is right at the door step. Shopping opportunities and restaurants can be found in Amden and the close surroundings. Nicely furbished 2-bedroom apartment with some low-rise ceilings, in a beautiful old village house from the year 1914 in a central location in Amden. Pets are welcome. Towels and a hairdryer are available.
The apartment is located next to the station of the Mattstock chairlift. An indoor swimming pool, bus stops and shopping opportunities are all within short walking distance. In the basement guests are able to use a room to store skis and shoes. In summer lake Walensee is accessible within 10 minutes by car or bus. The buses operate on a half-an-hour basis to Weesen or Ziegelbrücke, or on an hourly basis up to Arvenbüel.
