Description of the holiday rental
Charming apartment on two floors, 100 sm and 2.5 bedrooms, with oak parquet and beamed ceiling, quiet and with great view on the mountains and ideal sun exposure. Fully renovated in 2015, using best materials and most updated solutions. When not rent, it's used by our family as holiday apartment. In addition to the mentioned 2 floors, during renovation works, we've built an additional gallery providing an extra bedroom/living room (with Velux window on the roof) reachable through internal stairs. Full digital equipment: TV-SAT, DVD, Internet WiFi, Nintendo Wii, decoder Sky Italy. Prime location: literally 5 min. walking from Marguns/Corviglia cable car and 2 min. from supermarket, shops and restaurants.
Detailed apartment composition - Lower floor: dining/living room with fireplace, sunny balcony, brand new and fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, freezer, owen, tea pot, slicer). Upper floor: 2 large bedrooms (1 with king-size bed and 1 with two single beds), 1 gallery (with single bed), 2 brand new bathrooms (1 with shower, 1 with bathtube+shower, both with bidet)
