Les Marmottes, the apartment on the first floor consists of:
Large room with living and dining room and with a fully equipped luxury kitchen.
3 bedrooms:
1 master bedroom (2 beds) and bathroom
1 guest bedroom (2 beds) and bathroom
1 studio (3 beds) and 1 bathroom
Additional comfort and facilities:
Two parking spaces including one covered, private cellar with ski room and ski boot dryer. Various storage possibilities in a separate wine and vegetable cellar directly accessible from the covered garage.
A sauna can be rented, if available, for CHF 300 per week.
The Grand Chalet François is a fine example of Val d'Illiez architecture, with a breathtaking view of the Dents-du-Midi mountain range. It is divided into 3 spacious, self-contained apartments of the highest quality, and has been restored in a contemporary, eco-friendly style.
Built entirely in wood according to Feng Shui principles, just a few minutes' walk from the picturesque village of Champéry, nestled between the Dents-du-Midi and Dents Blanches mountains, it is the ideal base for exploring the surrounding mountains and the Portes du Soleil ski area.
Shared with the other apartments; laundry room with one washing machine and dryer per apartment.
