Balcony 20 m2, south facing position balcony 15 m2, north facing position. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (3). Marvellous view of the lake, the mountains and the resort. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Small, comfortable apartment house "La Colline", surrounded by trees. In the resort, 250 m from the centre, in an elevated position on top of a hill, 20 m from the edge of the forest, 250 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: WiFi, storage room for skis. Steep, narrow motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house, public parking 900 m. Shop 300 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery, bus stop 600 m, outdoor swimming pool 800 m.
