Balcony 20 m2, south facing position balcony 15 m2, north facing position. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (3). Marvellous view of the lake, the mountains and the resort. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Small, comfortable apartment house "La Colline", surrounded by trees. In the resort, 250 m from the centre, in an elevated position on top of a hill, 20 m from the edge of the forest, 250 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: WiFi, storage room for skis. Steep, narrow motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shop 300 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery, bus stop 600 m, outdoor swimming pool 800 m. Tennis 400 m, slopes 900 m, ski school 400 m, ski-kindergarten 500 m, sled run 900 m, ice field 700 m, children's playground 600 m. Please note: fishing [permit required].
