Approx. 2 km from the village centre, with fantastic view. The entrance to the flat as well as the bedrooms are on the ground floor, as the house is on a slope, the front is on the 3rd floor. Access to the parking space in the underground garage, from where the flat can be reached via 30 steps. Open kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso machine and electric kettle, fondue and raclette oven. Large and nice living-dining room with dining table, 2 sofas, flat screen TV and free WiFi. 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 children's room in the attic (low ceiling, accessible via steep wooden stairs only). Bath/shower/WC with washing machine and tumble dryer. Large balcony with beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the countryside and the valley. Terrace furniture and gas grill at your disposal. Parking space in the garage. In winter free ski bus stop at the house. No bus connection in summer. In winter snow chains advantageous. Pets not allowed. NON-SMOKING FLAT
