Also on the first floor is the Arvenstube, which today serves as a TV room with a comfortable sofa. Also the kitchen, which impresses with its typical round ceiling and a guest toilet are located on the first floor. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms and the bathroom. In one of the bedrooms, with a view of Ftan and the opposite side of the valley, it is possible to work for a few hours. In the basement there is a smoker lounge with TV to enjoy a cigar or a sport event on TV. Another highlight of this apartment is located in the attic. In 3 minutes drive you can easily reach the valley station of the chairlift Ftan, which takes you directly to the ski arena Motta Naluns. The use of the ski bus is included in the ski ticket in winter. Two garage places are available in the house.
