Description of the holiday rental

The apartment has an open kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with toilet, bathtub and tropical shower, 2 bedrooms, a large living room with fireplace and a spacious balcony with view.

Bedroom: Master Bedroom with comfortable French Springbox bed (180x200cm), Flat Screen Smart-TV and large closet, mountain view from the bed. Children's bedroom with bunk beds (2x 90x200cm), indirect ambient lighting serves as night light, dresser. Beds are made upon arrival, cleaning of bed linen see price list.

Bathroom: Modern renovated bathroom with sink/bathroom cabinet/mirror cabinet, toilet, bathtub, tropical shower and towel dryer. Cosmetic mirror, hairdryer and terry linen are available, for cleaning terry linen see price list.

Living room: The large living room with 2 sofa beds offers sleeping space for another 2 (-4) persons. Whether enjoying the warmth and cozy atmosphere by the fireplace, watching a Netflix movie on the flat screen smart TV with ambient lighting and satellite connection or simply marveling at the spectacular view through the generous window front - everyone will find their taste in the living room. Wood for the fireplace is available while supplies last.

Kitchen: The modern renovated kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: all dishes, cookware, cheese fondue, fondue chinoise, raclette set etc. are as good as new. The glass ceramic stove, oven, microwave oven with grill function and dishwasher ensure pleasant cooking. In the large food center you can cool or freeze enough supplies for your whole stay. A coffee maker (Nespresso aluminum capsules) and an electric kettle are also available. The extendable dining table in the cozy dining area offers enough space for all guests. Other rooms: In the hallway, which can be lit according to taste and mood, there is another chest of drawers with storage space for shoes and luggage. Here you will also find books and games available for use.

On the balcony with a great view you can eat comfortably at the table or relax in the lounge with infrared heater.

Skis, snowboards and ski boots can and should be stored in the ski room on the first floor. An electric ski boot heater ensures that in the morning your ski boots are dry and warm.

On the first floor there is a laundry room with washing machine and tumbler (coin-operated) as well as clothes drying rack - here you can conveniently wash your clothes if needed.

Furnishing: During the complete renovation in the fall of 2021, the apartment was furnished in a stylish-modern yet cozy and practical way. Dark parquet/laminate throughout the apartment, appealing color scheme and ambient lighting provide a feeling of luxury and coziness. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment free of charge. 2 flat screen smart TV's, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Spotify can be used for free. Every guest receives a guest card "Disentis Sedrun Inclusive" with their booking, which entitles you to inclusive services and generous discounts during your stay.

 The 3.5-room vacation apartment (75m2) is located on the second floor of a detached apartment house with a total of 6 apartments. The house is located at the foot of the Oberalp Pass right next to the valley station of the chairlift Dieni-Milez.

In winter you can ski from the slopes directly to the front door. Sledding and cross-country skiing in the immediate vicinity. 

In summer, you start countless hikes and bike tours for all ages and levels of difficulty directly from the house. From the balcony you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the Surselva valley and the surrounding mountain peaks.

On the first floor of the house there is both a ski room with electric ski boot warmer/dryer and a spacious laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. A private covered parking space is available right next to the house.

By arrangement, breakfast or half board can be arranged in the Hotel Cresta, barely 100m away (extra charge for this extra service is to be paid directly at the Hotel Cresta). Other restaurants and shopping facilities in the center of Sedrun can be reached by car in only 4min (2.8km).

Please do not smoke in the house and in the apartment, smoking facilities are on the balcony. Please do not bring pets.
