Our flat is deliberately not directly bookable, as we would have to increase the price by about 15% due to the commission requirements of the website.

The garden flat with 76 square metres (outside staircase) is situated in a quiet, sunny location with a view of the whole valley with 1 bedroom, WC/shower, large living room, dining area, kitchen, garden seating area.

The bakery, supermarket, sports shop, restaurants, public transport, hiking and biking trails as well as the cross-country ski trail can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Corona-free access thanks to outside staircase and private entrance to the holiday flat. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. Check whether the chosen company covers the consequences of legal measures in connection with the coronavirus.

We are happy to pick up and drop off rail travellers at Zuoz, La Punt, Bever or Samedan stations.

The sun shines more than 320 days a year in the high alpine Engadin. In the Engadin we still have an unspoilt landscape with well-preserved old Engadin houses, mountains and lakes. The Engadin is ideal for jogging, Nordic walking, climbing, horse riding, mountain biking, inline skating, cycling, fishing, golf, tennis, surfing and sailing. All this is in the immediate vicinity of our holiday flat. La Punt is close to the Swiss National Park with its rich flora and fauna. Excursions to Samnaun, Scuol, Livigno, Müstair, Soglio, Chiavenna or Poschiavo are other worthwhile day trips.

In the Upper Engadine, 200 kilometres of groomed cross-country trails guarantee pure cross-country skiing fun. The same applies to the endless number of different ski and snowboard slopes, whether in Zuoz, La Punt, Corviglia (St. Moritz / Celerina), Corvatsch, Diavolezza or Lagalp or the toboggan run on Muottas Muragl with all its modern mountain railways. Winter-safe footpaths entice you to go for a walk or strap on snowshoes to get off the beaten track. Location description: The Chesa Chardun is situated in a sunny, quiet location on the Albula slope. The flat is at ground level to the garden. A wide outside staircase leads to the covered entrance. The entire flat is wheelchair accessible. The living room has a dining area with an open-plan kitchen. Smoking is not permitted in the flat or on the entire property. The shopping facilities such as bakery, supermarket, bank, ice rink and sports shop and various restaurants, the RhB station and bus stop, as well as the start of the cross-country ski trail of the famous Engadine ski marathon and the skating track are just a few minutes away.
