Our apartment is deliberately not bookable directly, since we would have to increase the price by about 15% because of the commission claims of the website.  

The garden apartment with 76 square meters (outside stairs) is in a quiet, sunny location with a view of the entire valley with 1 bedroom, toilet/shower, large living room, dining area, kitchen, patio.  

Bakers, Volg, sports shop, restaurants, public transport, hiking and biking trails and the cross-country ski trail can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Corona-free access thanks to the outside staircase and private entrance to the holiday apartment. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. Check whether the selected company covers the consequences of legal measures in connection with the Corona Virus.

We can pick up and bring train passengers to Zuoz, La Punt, Bever or Samedan stations.                                 

The sun shines in the high-altitude Engadine for more than 320 days a year. Enjoy our gentle mountain spring, the pleasant sports summer or the golden hiking autumn. In the Engadin we still have a (almost) intact landscape with best preserved old Engadin houses, a beautiful landscape with mountains and lakes. In Engadin you have unlimited access to walking and hiking trails and cross-country skiing trails. The Engadin is ideal for jogging, Nordic walking, climbing, horse riding, mountain biking, inline skating, paragliding, cycling, fishing, golf, tennis, surfing, sailing. All this is in close proximity to our apartment. La Punt is close to the Swiss National Park with its impressive landscape and rich flora and fauna. Trips to Samnaun, Scuol, Livigno, Müstair, Soglio, Chiavenna or Poschiavo are other worthwhile day trips

Other leisure facilities: In Engadin you have unlimited access to walking and hiking trails. Or do you prefer jogging, Nordic walking, climbing, horse riding, mountain biking, inline skating, paragliding, cycling, fishing, golf, tennis, surfing, swimming, wellness or gliding? Or do you love shopping in boutiques or would you prefer to visit museums, concerts, equestrian events? All this is possible in the immediate vicinity of our apartment! In the Upper Engadin, 200 kilometers of groomed trails guarantee pure cross-country skiing fun. The same applies to the infinite number of different ski and snowboard slopes, be it in Zuoz, La Punt, Corviglia (St. Moritz / Celerina), Corvatsch, Diavolezza or Lagalp or the toboggan run on Muottas Muragl with all its modern cable cars. Winter-safe footpaths make you want to go for a walk or you can put on snowshoes to move off the beaten track. Riding, sleigh rides, skating on ice rinks or on the lakes of the Upper Engadine, boutiques, museums, concerts, horse racing, dog racing, polo etc.

Location description: The Chesa Chardun is located in a sunny, quiet camp on the Albulahang. The apartment is at ground level to the garden. A wide outside staircase leads to the covered entrance. The whole apartment is wheelchair accessible. The living room has a dining area with open kitchen. Smoking in the apartment and on the whole property is not allowed. The shops such as bakers, Volg, bank, ice rink and sports shop and various restaurants, the RhB station and bus stop, as well as the beginning of the cross-country ski run of the famous Engadine ski marathon, resp. to the skating track are located at a distance of a few minutes.
