Underfloor heating. Large balcony 40 m2, small balcony. Balcony furniture, electric barbecue. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Garage space n O. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Multipass included 24th of May till 03rd of November. Les Crosets 20 km from Monthey: Modern, comfortable residence "Le Hameau des Crosets". In the centre of Les Crosets, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Communal covered parking. Grocery 10 m, restaurant 100 m. Tennis 12 km, sports centre 12 km, walking paths from the house 1 m, skisport facilities 100 m, slopes 50 m, ski rental, children's ski school 100 m, ice rink 12 km.
