In the house: sauna, central heating system. 200 m long steep, narrow motor access to the grounds. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 6 cars) on the premises. Shop 16 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 7 km, shopping centre 16 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Val d'Illiez" 7 km. Ski lift 2 km, ski rental 2 km, ski school 2 km. Nearby attractions: Monthey 16 km, Aéroport Genève 140 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Portes du Soleil. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac Léman 40 km. Please note: car recommended.
