You live in a quiet, sunny and large 4 room part of the house. (130m2, 4 star apartment). It is only a few steps to the lake and the cross-country ski run. The living room with gallery impresses with a breathtaking view of the lake and a all-round mountain view. Here you can easily relax and leave all your cares behind! The owner's private library may also be used. There are also two bedrooms (with a total of 4 beds), two bathrooms, two balconies, two outside seats (morning and afternoon sun), a large entrance on the ground floor (living area on the 1st floor), a garage, and an additional parking space outdoors as well as WLAN, washing machine and tumbler. In 20 minutes by car you are in the heart of St. Moritz. The house is also easily accessible by public transport (8 minutes' walk from the post bus stop). Children below 8 years of age are not admitted in this appartmennt. Pets are not allowed.
