Description of the holiday rental
2-room apartment on the 2nd floor of a multi-family house in a sunny location with a view of Lake Maggiore and the sorrounding mountains. The house is not directly on the street and is accessible by stairs. There is an elevator in the house. A laundry room with tumbler and a drying room are located in the basement. In front of the house is a sunbathing lawn with a communal pool (use: seasonal and weather dependent). The Apartment also has its own parking space. The nearest bus stop is 3-5 minutes away. There are regular connections to Locarno, Ascona, Tenero and the center of Minusio. In a few minutes you can walk to the lake.
Equipment: Sunny 2 room apartment (41m2), entrance with built-in closet, living/dining room with integrated kitchen (dishwasher, oven, glass ceramic), dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed (140cm), TV, radio/CD and DVD player, WiFi, bedroom with double bed (140cm), bathroom/WC, large south-facing balcony with covered sitting area (15m2).
