Description of the holiday rental
Apartment of 3 1/2 rooms on the second floor, of 70m2. The apartment is in a quiet building and has a generous and very sunny balcony with a beautiful view on the engadin mountains. The apartment has a living room with kitchen and direct access to the balcony. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and 2 built-in closet in wood. The second bedroom has bunk beds and a larg built-in closet in wood. The kitchen has a fridge, induction cooking stove, dishwasher and Nespresso caffée maschine. THe Apartment ist furnished also with Fondue and Raclette set. The Apartment has 2 bathrooms: the main bathroom has a tub, lavabo, WC and a bidet. The second bathroom has a shower, lavabo and WC. The floor and furniture of the apartment are in wood and the bathrooms are in naturale stone. The generous use of natural material gives to the apartment a quiet and relaxing ambiance. The apartment offers free WLAN and cable TV. There is a parking place in the garage and a deposit room for ski and/or bikes.
The apartment is located in a quiet area, close to the forest and near to the center of the village of Pontresina. Nearby there are hicking trails, cross-county and ski slopes, bus station and shops.
It is the best place for every summer or winter activity.
