The flat is on the 2nd floor or attic. Access is via stairs, there is no lift.

From the St. Moritz/Corviglia ski area you can usually ski right up to the house. For children there is a small but nice ski area with ski school in Samedan. From my own experience, it's perfect for smaller children. And you can also ski from there to the front of the house at the end.

The bus, the cross-country ski trails and the village centre of Samedan are all within easy walking distance. So you can usually leave the car at home.
