Description of the holiday rental
The south-facing, bright 2.5 room flat on the 3rd floor with 2 sunny balconies, offers unobstructed views of the Piz Margna, the Furtschellas, as well as the Corvatsch.
The cosy living room is furnished with a modern sofa, local pine wood furniture and a dining area.
WiFi and cable TV with over 200 channels and telephone connection to Switzerland and neighbouring countries are at your disposal.
The bedroom has a double bed with 2 single mattresses. A large wardrobe offers plenty of storage space.
The separate kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, cooker with 4 plates, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower and washbasin.
In the entrance area there is an open wardrobe, as well as a cupboard with ironing board and hoover.
The use of the underground car park is free of charge.
The ski room and a communal laundry with drying room are located on the ground floor.
Pets are not allowed. The flat is a non-smoking flat.
The house has no lift.
Chesa Allegria is located on the edge of the village centre close to hiking trails, cross-country skiing tracks, bus stations and grocery, sports and souvenir shops.
