This 3-room apartment with 70 m2 is on the 1st floor, functional and rustic furnishings: living / dining room with dining area, two 2-seat sofas and TV and internet exit to the balcony, south facing position. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 pull-out bed. 1 double room (box spring bed 180x200). Small kitchen (oven, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine (Matello), with exit to the small balcony. Bath / WC. Heating. Parquet floors. 2 small balconies. Terrace furniture. Very nice distant view of the mountains, the valley and the ski slope. Garage. The apartment are sunny all day. Suitable for families. A maximum of 1 pet / dog allowed. Cross-country slopes in front of the house. In winter free ski bus to the Furtschellasbahn and the village (stop approx.50m in front of the house). The Volg grocery store with meat counter and fresh bread can be reached in 5 minutes.
