The athletics track and Lake St. Moritz are right on the doorstep. Shopping facilities, several restaurants, cross-country ski trails and the Ovaverva indoor swimming pool are just a few minutes walk away. The Signalbahn cable car, which takes you to the Corviglia ski area, can be easily reached on foot or by bus.
Cozy 4.5-room holiday apartment on the 2nd floor. Entrance with kitchen and view of St. Moritz. Separate toilet. Living and dining room with winter garden. One beautiful double bedroom. One bathroom with shower/WC. One single bedroom with its own shower. Another double bedroom with a view of St. Moritz and Lake St. Moritz. The building has an elevator. There is a limited number of outdoor parking spaces (for 1 car, not reserved). A fitness room for public use is available in the holiday apartment building.
