Cozy, rustic penthouse on the 3rd floor of a typical property. Absolutely unobstructed view of the Engadine valley towards the Upper Engadine and also towards the National Park/Lower Engadine as well as the golf course Zuoz.
The feeder lift to the skiing area Zuoz is about 300 m away from the house and therefore easily accessible.
Shopping facilities and restaurants as well as the train station are only a few minutes walk from the house.
The property is located on a quiet hillside. Entrance area with wardrobe and storage space. The spacious living room consists of a dining area in pine wood and a seating area with fireplace. Access to the balcony with morning and afternoon sun from the living room. Small but well equipped functional kitchen without table.
3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with sloping ceillings.
TV and powerfull internet connection.
Good stay for home office work in the wonderfull aera of the Engadine valley.
