Description of the holiday rental

The detached holiday home is situated at 1160 m, 5 km from Appenzell, in the middle of the Appenzell - Kronberg hiking area. The cosy house and the spacious grounds invite you to relax and the fireplace in the living room creates a homely atmosphere. The 4 1/2 room house offers space for 6 people and the minimum stay is 5 nights. This means you benefit from the popular Appenzeller holiday card, which you can use to explore our village and the surrounding area.included in the price: Towels, kitchen linen, bed linen, wood, electricity, water, W-lanThe price does not include the visitor's tax from 16 years. 2.50.- per person and day.the accommodation is 84 m2 and has a spacious garden including terrace and barbecue area.the house has 3 bedrooms. There are no doors in 2 of the bedrooms (a curtain replaces the door) and there is no underfloor heating. In winter, the Solleggstrasse is periodically cleared of snow up to the turning and parking area above the holiday home. All-wheel drive or snow chains are necessary. The access road (60m) to the holiday home is not cleared.important!!! In stormy weather it is possible that the road is impassable again shortly after the snow has been cleared and the 1.7 km to the house must be covered on foot. You would then have to park in the village of Appenzell and take the public transport (Publicar) to the Eischen campsite.

Other bedroom furnishings (bedroom 1): Chest of drawers, shelf and clothes rack available. Bedside lamp also available.
