Description of the holiday rental
The centrally located "Derby" apartment building is just separated from the Obersee promenade by Poststrasse. The train station, bus stop, ice rink and open ice surface, pharmacy, bakery, grocery stores, post office and various restaurants are all within close proximity, as are the first section of the Arosa-Weisshorn cable car, the Tschuggen Ost chairlift and the cross-country bus stop leading to the Isel trail. An ideal starting point for all snow sports. The property features a ski and ski boot room inside the building. Washing machines and tumble dryers (coin-operated) are also available. The studio on the 3rd floor can be reached from the main entrance or the underground garage via the elevator or the staircase. Check-in: from 3:30 PM / Check-out: until 9:30 AM
