The apartment:

Open plan living and dining room with exits to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with double bed and independent bed bases (180x200cm), wardrobes and small internal safe. 1 bedroom with 2 beds (90x200 cm). Open kitchen with various accessories (dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer); various equipment (microwave, coffee machine), and complete cutlery. Shower room with bidet and WC, independent washing machine and dryer, iron, hairdryer. Small balcony with table and chairs. Underfloor heating. The Structure:
Two-family house on 2 floors (the owner lives on the ground floor) at 270 m a.s.l. Quiet and sunny position 5 km from Bellinzona and 3 km from the Arbedo-Castione station. Bus stop at 80 meters and at 600 meters grocery store, post office, butcher, tavern, town hall, pharmacy and medical center. Various supermarkets within 5 minutes by car. Several hiking and walking trails are nearby. A few kilometers away attractions such as the Tibetan bridge, the monastery, the castles of Bellinzona (UNESCO), E-Bike routes. Strategic location 5 minutes from the motorway. Locarno, Lugano, Valle di Blenio, Leventina and various ski areas such as Nara, San Bernardino and Carì can be reached in a short time (30-40 minutes by motorway).
