Description of the holiday rental
Very nice maisonette flat. From the spacious (38 m2) you enjoy a panoramic view over the Lower Engadin Dolomites.
Ground floor: Living and dining area with open fire place. The modern kitchen is well equipped with a steamer, fridge and dish washer.
A wooden stair case leads to the gallery with a sofa, smart-TV, DVD-Player and a small working place. There are also 3 double rooms and 2 full sanitary facilities with rain shower, basin and toilet. All the rooms have Swiss pine roofs, the living rooms slate floor and the bedrooms hardwood floors.
Sunny and calm location at the upper end of Scuol. Only 10 minutes walking distance to the valley station of the ski area “Motta-Naluns” and to the train station. There is a parking lot outside and one garage parking space available.
