The apartment is located in the house Bellevue in the immediate vicinity of the new gondola station ÖV-Hub (about 5 minutes walk) and various shopping facilities such as grocery store (Migros / Coop), sports store, bank, pharmacy. Awaiting you is a tastefully furnished, light-flooded 4 ½ room apartment on just under 120 m2 of living space with a spacious living / dining area with open kitchen, 3 lovingly furnished bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet. The accommodation offers space for 6 people and is equipped with all imaginable comforts. The bedrooms each have a double bed 160 x 200 cm as well as bedside tables and chest. The bathroom is equipped with an open shower and a bathtub and washbasin. The kitchen with fridge / oven / microwave / dishwasher has an open cooking island with large storage space and is equipped with all imaginable kitchen utensils (fondue / raclette / fondue chinoise / Nespresso machine / kettle / toaster / egg boiler). The living room has cable TV / DVD player / WiFi. An extensive DVD collection and various board games and books will give them an entertaining stay.
