This lovely equipped 3.5 room flat is located in the centre of the beautiful village of Flims, only a 2-minute walk from the cable cars and the shopping centre "Stenna". The modern flat, classified with 3 stars superior, offers space for 4 guests on 82 sqm. It is located in an apartment building and has two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with shower or bathtub. The south-facing balcony offers a wonderful view of the Signina mountain range. Also, the open living room with dining and kitchen area, the fully equipped kitchen and the fireplace in the living room invite you to enjoy and feel good.
The flat is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible via the stairs, as well as by lift from the ground floor or the underground car park. A parking space in the underground garage belongs to the flat and is included in the price.
In the house there is a ski and snowboard room as well as a sports shop with bike, climbing equipment, ski and snowboard rental.
