Description of the holiday rental
Luxurious 5.5 room suite with 4 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms have a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower or bath. A further bedroom has a sofa bed which can be converted into 2 single beds. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The 160 square meters are spread over 2 floors which are connected by a staircase. The living, cooking and dining area is located in the upper area and has a dining table, a comfortable sofa set and a fireplace (wood is not available and has to be organized by the guest or purchased at the concierge desk). The open kitchen is equipped to a high standard with refrigerator incl. small freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, racelette, fondue etc. Also on this floor are the 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to the upper terrace.
During the winter season you can use the ski shuttle bus directly in front of the Mountain Suties, which will take you to the Flims cable car and back. A ski and bike room. Washing machine and dryer are also available. The suite has 2 parking spaces including access to one electric charging station in the underground garage. You will receive the access card and information on how to use the charging station at check-in.
Additional costs such as heating, electricity and water) as well as bed linen and towels, final cleaning, WiFi and taxes are included in the total price.

THE MOUNTAIN SUITES with its two semi-circle superposed buildings and the light glass/wood facade sets architectural accents in Flims. A spacious atrium and lounge area form the center of this luxury residence where the concierge welcomes you. In walking distance you will find a bakery, supermarket and a variety of shops and restaurants. Nearby you can visit lake Cauma, the famous Rhein Canyon and the Sports Center Prau la Selva. A ski shuttle picks you up from the main entrance and drives scheduled from and to the gondola station (service available from Christmas to the End of the ski season). With good snow conditions you can ski within a few meters of the building along the Waldhaus slope.
