When you come in through the front door, you feel equally comfortable and can enjoy the bright and quiet atmosphere. The direct access to the heated garage space is comfortable. Apartment and garage are wheelchair accessible. In addition to the renovated studio area, the apartment also has a cellar compartment and a shared hobby room. Downhill, touring and cross-country skis can be strapped directly in front of the house, as a ski lift and the (cross-country) cross-country ski trail are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. A wooden bench in front of the sun-warmed wall of the adjoining building invites you to sunbathe. This studio can also be rented in conjunction with the Studio (238590) on the 1st floor for 2-3 persons in the same house Sur Ovas.
