Description of the holiday rental

The cosy 2-room flat is part of a commercial and residential building in the centre of the village (sports shop on ground floor), 3 minutes from railway station. Shopping facilities, restaurants, cinema etc. are within short walking distance. The ski bus starts from the railway station, and the Betelberg cable-car is only a ten-minute walk from the flat. Our flat is on the top floor facing south (Wildstrubel) and east (Bühlberg), but not west (Oberriedstrasse). The open kitchen has got ceramic hotplate, granite worktops, dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, cooker hood ventilator, household appliances, filter coffee machine and Italian esspresso pot. If required, there is a washing machine and a tumble-dryer in the basement. Bedroom: double bed (180x200cm), wardrobe, small balcony. Living room: comfortable sofa, TV with satellite reception, DVD-player, WLAN connection, 2 proper beds (90x200cm) in an alcove with sliding door, small balcony. Bathroom: shower and toilet. In winter, the ski equipment can be left on the ground floor near the main entrance. One pet allowed, dog basket available. Private parking space in underground car park (Kronenplatz/COOP), access with chip card. Because of the central location of our flat, there may be some noise from the nearby disco at weekends. The flat is ideal for 2 persons. With 4 adults it would be rather cramped.
