Chesa Tre Piz is located in the old part of Capolago (Maloja) , in the pedestrian area , quiet and sunny. The house is on 3 levels eregge as follows: Ground floor: entrance and atrium and double room with sofa bed and study area. First floor: room with bath tub and toilet service and matrimonionale room with terrace. Second floor: kitchen with adjoining dining room and a balcony with beautiful views of the lake and the mountains in the area. Basement: room with shower, toilet and washing machine service. The house is furnished for 4 persons. However, it is to use when needed the room in the basement for 2 children or who is coming in for a visit! However, always check with the owner beforehand.
