Spacious, bright 80m2 apartment in a quiet neighborhood just 5 minutes' walk from Noiraigue station. The apartment features a large living room with a fully-equipped open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two bunk beds (4 places) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. In summer, guests can enjoy a lovely private terrace.
There are 2 parking spaces in front of the house. A charging station for electric vehicles is also available on request.
