Beautiful view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Separate entrance. Kitchen/living accessible by stairs. Bedroom accessible by a steep staircase without bannister. Not recommended for the elderly or young children. Wooden floors. Oberterzen: Enjoy a holiday comfortable surrounded by rabbits, chickens, cats and dogs. Child friendly working farm "Gubser", 630 m a.s.l., surrounded by meadows. On the outskirts, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 3 km from the lake, 300 m from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: garden. Patio, terrace. In the house: lounge, table tennis, playroom, table football, sun terrace, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains.
