6 sleeping arrangements: one bedroom on the ground floor with double bed, one bedroom on the upper floor with double bed. Sleeping gallery on the upper floor with two single beds.
Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms, one with shower (ground floor), one with bathtub (upper floor)
Living room: open very high room with large seating area and access to the garden. (The oven must not be used).
Semi-open modern kitchen: fully equipped with oven, coffee machine (Nespresso), raclette and fondue set, toaster, kettle
Large modern holiday home with large garden in a sunny and quiet location. The 120m2 large and bright holiday home with 2 bedrooms and a gallery is located outside of Disentis, towards Oberalppass. It is a 7-minute walk from Segnas train station to the spacious holiday home. The valley station of the Disentis mountain railways at the Coop is also within walking distance or, with sufficient snow, on skis (it's straight ahead!). If the snow conditions are right, you can ski right up to the house.
