2-room apartment with entrance and wardrobe. Living / dining room with TV and exit to the balcony with view of Lake St. Moritz and the mountains. Small kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge. One double room with two single beds. Bathroom with shower/sink/toilet. Laundry room for shared use. One parking space in the underground garage.

Special
The house has a private swimming pool, sauna and a small fitness room. Only open during the high season.

The Caspar Badrutt is an apartment house in the centre of St. Moritz village. The mountain – railway Chantarella is reachable in 5 minutes. Shops and restaurants are close to the house.
