Cosy apartment on the 2nd floor. Living / dining room with fireplace and covered balcony. Closed kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, stove and oven. Bath/shower/WC. Separate double bedroom, sofa bed in the living room. Lift in the house, 1 parking space in underground car park, playroom (table football and tennis) for common use on the ground floor
