Cosy apartment on the 3rd floor. Living / dining room with fireplace and covered balcony. Closed kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, stove and oven. Bath/shower/WC. Separate double bedroom and 2 bedrooms on the second floor with Bath/shower/WC. Lift in the house, 1 parking space in underground parking, playroom (table football and tennis) for common use on the ground floor
