Chalet of ~90 m² with balcony, 4.5 rooms include an entrance, 1 toilet, 1 storage room with washing and drying machine, a living room with 1 sofa and 2 relax chairs, kitchen-dining room with stove, TV, wifi, large table for meals with 6 chairs. Open kitchen, induction cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, fondue pot, toaster, raclette grill. 3 bedrooms : 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160/200), 1 wardrobe, with access to the balcony (magnificent view on the Dents du Midi), 1 large bedroom with 1 single bed extensible to a double bed. 1 small room with 1 single bed. 1 shower room with washbasin and WC.
The chalet, with a view on the Dents du Midi, is located in the village of Val d'Illiez, in a quiet area at 5 minutes walk from the train station, bakery, pharmacy, grocery store. It is 20 minutes from the ski lifts by car. And 10 minutes by train. Possibility also to take the bus. Terrace and garden, magnificent view on the Dents du Midi. The ski room is in the garden shed.
