The small apartment house is located in a preferred, quiet and yet central location in Valbella Canols with a magnificent unobstructed view to the south. Enjoy the view from the balcony on the Heidsee and the mountain panorama from the Rothorn to the Stätzerhorn. In winter you can easily reach the nearby ski lift Valbella or the bus stop "Valbella Skilift/Kirche" of the free sport bus for skiing and snowboarding. The cross-country ski run is directly in front of the house. The apartment has a parking space in the garage.
