The Motta Naluns skiing area is only 5 minutes away by car or bus from Scuol. The Martina-Scuol valley cross-country skiing trail can be reached in 7 minutes by car. The ice rink and the Gurlaina football pitch are a 15-20 minutes´ walk away. Various shopping facilities are located in nearby Scuol.

In summer, the entire Lower Engadine is ideal for beautiful hikes, whether short or long. Popular is the short hike to the Lai Nair and Avrona, reachable from the house in 1 hour. The Swiss National Park and Tarasp Castle are also nearby.

Holidays in Vulpera, that means relaxing in a quiet fraction of Scuol, a typical Engadine village, surrounded by sgrafit decorated houses, the Swiss National Park, close to the golf course, a beautiful old park, right next to a wonderful art nouveau outdoor swimming pool, close to the Gurlaina ice rink and a biking and swimming offer that is second to none.
The location of the flat impresses with a short distance to the ski bus, which takes you to the valley station of the Motta Naluns cable cars in a few minutes. In summer and winter you can explore the extensive network of hiking trails directly from the flat. Or play a round on the nine-hole golf course, which is right in the immediate vicinity. Within walking distance is a pizzeria with a wood-burning oven and the golf restaurant, which also welcomes guests. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the Lower Engadine mountains.
