New cosy 3.5-room-flat (year of construction 2012), 2 minutes-walk to railway station, quiet, winter garden, fireplace, internet access, garden to be used on your own, with a grill and a bowl of fire, a lot of equipment for children, situated very centrally (3-5 minutes walking distance to cross-country ski run/ cross country skiing center, wellness and sports bath, shopping, trail, etc.) The whole flat with floorboard out of larch wood, bathrooms with granite. Short access route by car and direct bus and train connections in different top skiing areas: Zuoz (16 min by car), Celerina / St. Moritz (28 min), Scuol (25 min), Livigno (31 min), 'magic carpet ski lift' for kids in Lavin (10 min.) and toboggan run in Zernez itself, 2 sledges etc. offered. small ski lift for beginners in S-chanf (10 min). a paradise for hiking in the national park in front of the door.
