Child friendly, beautiful, cosy 2-family house "Crap Milan", built in 1984. On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, directly by the river, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: garden. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Narrow motor access to the grounds, except in winter. 200 m footpath to the house. Public parking 200 m. Grocery 300 m, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 300 m, indoor swimming pool 50 m. Tennis 500 m, ski lift, ski school, cross country ski track, ice field 350 m.
