Semi-detached chalet for 8 persons, 100 m2, on two floors, situated in the meadows above the village Evolène. 10 minutes walk from the centre.Access by car is in summer and winter. Private parking.
Upper ground floor : Entrance into the living room with fire-place, with dining corner a and a kitchen corner. Annex with small living room, 2 single beds and a bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower. Suitable for wheelchairs. South-West facing balcony-terrace.
Lower ground floor : 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200), 1 bedroom with two bunk beds (90x200), wash-stand, 1 bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and exit to the south-facing terrace, 1 WC/bath, 1 WC/shower, 1 separate WC.
Equipments and miscellaneous: Central heating with hot air. Dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, backofen, induktionskochfeld + Dunstabzugshaube. Radio-CD. Washer and dryer. Garden shared with "Chalet Kanan".
Animals allowed with previous agreement and payment.
Bedding: pillows, blankets, 6 duvets (160/200 cm) and 1 duvet (200/210cm).
