Mira Selva is a spacious and cozy 3 bedroom apartment with 95 sm. Maximum capacity 6 people. Located in the upper part of the village Flims Dorf and at the top floor of an multiple apartment building it offers great views. Ski-in & Ski-out. Bus stop only 3 minutes walking distance. Kindly note, there is no elevator.
Modern and well equipped open plan kitchen (ceramic cooking field, dishwasher, baking oven, microwave & Nespresso coffe Machine) with breakfast table.
Living room with fire place and TV lounge and seperate dinner table. Large windows and balcony with stunning views. Also available: Free Wifi connection, CD player and radio. Master bedroom with double bed features an ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a third bedroom with double bed and a bunk bed. Family bathroom with bath tub, shower and toilet. Washing facility available in the building. Two parking spaces in the underground parking are included (max. hight 2m).
Total price includes parking for 2 cars, Wifi access, costs for power and water as well as taxes.
