Cosy, homely flat with Swedish stove. 1 double room, 1 room with 2 beds plus an extra bed, gallery with 4 sleeping possibilities (mattress dormitory, bring your own sleeping bag and pillowcase). Washing machine available. The kitchen is fully equipped. On the ground floor there is a box with fondue crockery and raclette oven. Direct access to the Tannenheim valley run on a 5-minute walk. You don't need a car for the whole week. Unrivalled view of the Churfirsten and the Bündner Herrschaft. A cosy studio for 2 persons is available for rent in the same house. 2 parking spaces in front of the house or reachable by public transport in 15 minutes on foot. Note: Final cleaning and bed linen are obligatory. The amount is not yet included in the rental price and must be paid separately before the flat is handed over.
