The apartment has a living room with 2 beds, a bedroom with a single bed and a bedroom with two single beds and an extra sink. Dining table and sofa, Wifi, TV, radio / CD. New kitchen with oven, drip coffee maker, Raclette, hob and dishwasher, well equipped. Bathroom / WC. Non smoking.
The apartments are located on the 2nd floor of a house near the mountain railways. You need 2 minutes to the bus stop, even on foot you can reach the valley station in 10 minutes. There are shopping facilities not only at the valley station, but also in Laax-Dorf, (with the shuttle bus) easily reachable, or even on foot in about 15 minutes. 2 minutes away from the house, there is a Coop gas station, which is very popular for rolls and snacks. On the ground floor there is a locked ski box in the ski room to store ski boots or mountain boots. There is also a washing machine and a dryer on the same floor, both of which can be used by inserting coins.
