Chasa Perspectiva

STANZA LAVINUOZ is an original, cozy accommodation for a maximum of 4 people, but ideally suited for two. The double bed consists of two single beds, which can also be set up separately. If the sofa bed is also used, the area with the double bed can be partitioned off with opaque, light-permeable curtains.

The 33m² accommodation has a separate entrance from the garden leading towards Val Lavinuoz. The furnishings are cozy, simple and original. The kitchenette is equipped with the necessary dishes and standard spices as well as vinegar and oil. There is a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a kettle and a filter coffee machine. A bathroom with shower/WC is also available.

Free WiFi is available in the accommodation.

Our house Chasa Perspectiva is located in the center of Lavin, a small, welcoming mountain village in the rugged Lower Engadin. Within 1-3 minutes' walk from the accommodation, you will find the train station with a bistro, the VOLG village shop with tourist information and post office, a hotel with a restaurant, the Giacometti bakery with a café, a small sports/ice rink, an original children's playground and various small businesses, including our Bike Stop and the guitar workshop.

The holiday apartments are all located in the large multi-family house in the village center. Except for the Chasina, which is located about 10 minutes' walk away on the other side of the river.

All accommodations have dish towels. Towels must be brought along. Bed linen can be booked for an additional charge.

We are a non-smoking and pet-free accommodation.

Lavin is an ideal starting point for hiking, bike tours, fishing or kayaking on the Inn. The picturesque stretch of river from Lavin to Scuol is one of Europe's most popular kayaking routes! The hiking trails and bike routes begin right outside the door. For example, the newest part of the Swiss National Park, the beautiful Macun Lakes, can be reached directly from the accommodation in just over three hours. The location is also ideal in winter. For instance, a beautiful cross-country skiing trail runs along the Inn, and with snowshoes, you can be on idyllic forest paths in just a few minutes. The nearest ski resort is in Scuol and can be reached in about 20 minutes by car or train. The large ski resorts of St. Moritz and Klosters/Davos are also within 45-60 minutes. The famous Schellen-Ursli mountain village of Guarda can even be seen from the accommodation and is about 45-60 minutes' walk away.
