Bedrooms:
Four bedrooms: a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. A bedroom with a double bed, a child's bed and running water. A bedroom with two beds and a room with a single bed. All rooms have a wardrobe or dresser. Bed linen is provided and included in the price.

Living room:
The living room has a large dining table with a corner bench and 4 chairs. A two-piece sofa group, a club table, two armchairs as well as TV (satellite reception) and radio.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a cooker, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, mixer, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules are not provided) a raclette oven as well as fondue caquelon and a table with 4 chairs. Kitchen linen available on request.

Bathroom:
Three bathrooms: two bathrooms have a shower, WC and washbasin, the third bathroom has WC, washbasin and a washing machine. Towels are available on request at an extra charge.

Interior:
The apartment is furnished in a contemporary style and was partially renovated in 2018, new bathrooms.

The 5 1/2 room holiday apartment (100m2) is located in a beautiful semi-detached house (house half). The house is located in Misanenga in a beautiful location. With a view of the beautiful Obersaxer mountains, just a few minutes from the Untermatt chairlift. Two parking spaces are available next to the house. In the basement there is a cellar where skis, sleds, bicycles etc. can be stored. There is a beautiful, sunny seating area.

The Rufalipark can be reached in a few steps. In winter with the ice rink, in summer with the bathing lake, tennis court, playground, fireplace as well as year-round indoor games.

Pets are allowed on request. Non-smoking accommodation: Not wheelchair accessible. Official classification: 3 stars.
